If you're having trouble logging in to the site, enter your user name and verified email address in the space provided. Amplify will automatically send you a temporary password within a few minutes. Use this temporary password to log in to mCLASS:Home, where you can create a new password.

If you do not know the user name and email address associated with your mCLASS account, you can:

  • Read our Frequently Asked Questions
  • Contact an mCLASS Account Administrator at your institution and ask for your mCLASS user name and email address.
  • Contact Amplify Customer Services at or (800) 823-1969, option 3.

If your mCLASS account was recently created, check your email's Inbox and Junk/Spam folders for a message titled "A new mCLASS account has been created for you." Follow the instructions in this message to log in to mCLASS:Home.

mCLASS:Home cannot display in portrait mode. Rotate your device to landscape mode, and consider locking rotation to avoid seeing this message in the future.
